Do you have my date available?
You can use the contact form below to get in touch with me. I will let you know if I have your date currently available.
How far in advance do you need to book?
I would suggest booking a photographer at least a year out if your planning allows it. I do not hold dates for anyone without a non-refundable retainer paid. You should book as soon as you've decided to make sure your date is available.
Can I customize my wedding package?
Of course! I have my packages above but everything is customizable. Each hour of coverage is $250, a second photographer is $100 an hour, engagement sessions are always included free of charge with every wedding that is 5 hours or more ($375 otherwise), and prints/albums prices can be listed to add on as well.
How much of a deposit do you require?
I require a non-refundable retainer of $300 for all weddings no matter what size.
Do you accept payment in installations?
Of course! The first payment is a $300 non-refundable retainer. Then the remaining balance is usually split between 3 payments. If you would like to pay the balance in full or for the payments to be broken into more than 3 payments that is also okay. I will give you some pricing payment options right before sending over the invoice and contract and you will be able to select the payment plan that works best for you.
When is the full balance due by?
The full balance of your wedding package will be due one month before your wedding day.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
For every wedding package I require a $300 non-refundable retainer. If for any reason you would like to cancel your wedding, the retainer is non-refundable. Anything that you have paid over the $300 will be refunded. If you need to reschedule your wedding for any reason, then as along as you communicate with me, I will do my best to make sure you know when I am available and be there to cover your new date.
Can we order prints or albums directly from you?
Of course! If you contact me I can give you pricing on prints and albums.
Can I give you a list of specific shots we would like?
Of course! One-two months before the wedding I will do a check in with you. We will talk to figure out a timeline for the day and also a list of specific shots you would like.
How long after the wedding will we receive the images? How will they be delivered?
You will get the photos within 60 days of the wedding. The photos will be delivered in an online gallery. You will be able to download the photos as many times as you'd like and also share the link with family and friends, the gallery will stay up for one year.
Where are you based, where do you travel to?
I am based in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. I travel throughout all of New England. If you would like to enquire about a destination wedding beyond New England please contact me for pricing.
